"In reality, rather than 4/5, I would put 8 (point something) out of 10 because I ate really well. The only thing that didn 't convince me among those I tried was the creamed cod: it tasted too much like 'raw ' fish which, for cod, isn 't the best. For the rest the cuisine is a real delight. Traditional (among the best carbonaras in Rome) but also expertly revisited, with taste and sobriety. Which is exactly what you need when in Rome you want traditional classicism combined with that something extra brought by the creativity of a good chef. The pici with chicory, fennel and breadcrumbs and the caramelized onion tart are highly recommended. The fried sweetbreads with tartar sauce are really tasty, both as a second course and as an appetizer. Excellent restaurant, worth trying and returning, because you can see that it is solid and tested. Congratulations to all."
