"Though not in the center of Hannover the Vier Jahresgarten is worth a visit (by underground about 10 minutes from Kröpcke). They run a nice beergarden and serve great food: rips, pulled pork burger, sausages, huge salads and much more. The restaurant features a less rustikal menu with modern German food. Pricing is absolutely reasonable. On weekends better make a reservation."

the food was good, but the service was very slow and the waitress never checked if we wanted more drinks than our first drinks were empty until after eating. we had to ask another server for our bill because we couldn't find it.

the food was unfortunately lukewarm. bratkartoffeln a little more than just two ed. sauce hollandaise was a modified hollandaise and the filet was not advertised. Unfortunately, there was no possibility to order a dressing on the salve.
