In the past this place has been good so we decided to go again 16-4-23 the hot wings have given everyone an upset tummy this place has really gone downhill it looks grubby aswell now such a shame as it used to be so much better . I thought the quality of the chicken fillets I had was really good, had a lot more flavour than KFC and I saw them being made in front of me fresh. This was undoubtedly the worst fried chicken I've ever had, and it came at a high price. The fillet burger was disappointingly small—only about half the size of the bun and extremely thin. The mayonnaise seemed watered down, as it kept dripping everywhere. The fries were soggy and undercooked. The two pieces of chicken I received looked like they had been sitting out for a while and were overly greasy and moist. I couldn't bring myself to eat any of it, so I ended up giving it to the seagulls the next day. I noticed the cook going to the chest freezer visible from inside the shop several times, which leads me to believe that everything is frozen and simply reheated. I definitely won't be ret...

This is the third time I've ordered from this restaurant. The first experience was perfect! The second time, the burger arrived cold, although the chips were delicious. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred tonight. My order was delivered incredibly quickly, and the chips were a generous portion and nicely hot. However, my chicken burger was cold again. While the chicken fillet was thick and a good serving size, it was clearly cooked too early and had cooled down by the time the chips arrived. I had to microwave it to warm it up. Since this is the second time this has happened, I’m not sure if I’ll order from here again. I didn’t ask for a refund because I ate it anyway, as I was tired and... Visualizza piatti
