"so far the most beautiful German typical kitchen we have tried and the best. we had big German sausage with fried kartoffeln and fried tweebeln with fruity gravure. hubby had large meatballs with white capersauce, chive buttermash, slendered in mouth red cabbage. as a side had daughter small sausages, sour wort and fried wobble. the balance of the ingredients on each plate was no longer. we also had a whirlpool, a huge unexpected dish rice with brown sugar and cinnamon and rose cheesecake. absolutely delicious!"

The schnitzel was delicious here and a generous portion. Pair it with potato salad and you’ll have a great meal! The wine in the 1/2 litre bottle is also delicious.

special place, quite small but cozy with interiors back to the 50’. eating was ok. service ok. the aerea is a great choice of shops. Too bad we discovered it in the city.

This restaurant is small and fills up quickly. The food was really good. I had a tagliatelle with pumpkin and walnuts, Quite perfect for the weather. Really loved the ambience.

beautiful cozy place! we ordered a normal carving and a big sausage, both were really delicious. service was nice and the prices are quite decent! would recommend for anyone looking for a traditional German meal!

It's a gem of a restaurant with a lovely cosy decor and atmosphere referring to the DDR times... It serves German food in a fresh way, which we craved so much after two days on kebab and curry wurst... We had amazing asparagus with Hollandaise...sauce and schnitzel with cucumber salad all were just delicious. Great service on top of it all :

We arrived here in the middle of December, cold outside but it was warm and welcoming inside. It was like walking into the lounge room of a house from the 70s. My family and I enjoyed not feeling like we were tourists as it seemed...to be filled with Berliners. The menu was a little limited but we all enjoyed our meals. Overall nice atmosphere, good food and the prices were reasonable.

A small and very nice café at the Weinbergsweg in Berlin-Mitte, with a very nice service. Delicious dishes (e.g. homemade pasta for about 5,50 Eur and a good breakfast (from about 3 EUR). The furnishings and the ambience are very cozy. In the back of the café are some sofas where you can really sink and enjoy a good coffee. Overall, Cafe Zur Rose is definitely worth a visit. Tip: Check the cake selection!
