"This fantastic restaurant, which has been my favorite for 25 years, has remained virtually unchanged over the years. My family and I have been visiting for the past 24 years, returning from holidays just to extend the feeling of being on vacation. The food is always delicious, the hospitality is excellent, and we have so many happy memories there. The restaurant is always busy, even on a Monday evening, thanks to the amazing staff. Unfortunately, there is terrible news that the restaurant is closing. I hope all the staff are okay and find new opportunities. The website mentions that they are looking for new premises, and I truly hope they find them. Without Al Fresco in Whetstone N20, the area will not be the same. I know many others share this sentiment."

Unfortunately, Al Fresco has closed down after 25 years due to being unable to renegotiate their lease. They are looking for new premises in hopes of reopening.

Great atmosphere and delicious food and wine. Very friendly staff and super service too. Good location for parties too The restaurant is well located on the high street, and street parking available (side roads too).

I had an evening with friends to celebrate my birthday and they looked after us so well and the food was excellent. We were able to choose from the entire menu despite being a large crowd and everything came well cooked and piping hot. The staff were great.

From start to finish we always are welcomed by everyone in the team. Our kids are made to feel welcome and they LOVE the colouring in pens and activity sheet AND and pizza with bunny ears. The food is fresh an delicious. The atmosphere is so unique and as close as you can get to Italy in North London. Worth a visit
