Il cibo è buono, MA il servizio è orribile. I camerieri erano troppo invadenti e stare seduti costa 5 euro, mentre una coca cola 7,50 euro.

Sofreaking..slowwwwwwwww I travel an absolute ton and have covered almost every corner of Italy. This place takes the cake for just complete lack of service. They will NEVER get to your table unless pulled there directly. We ended up just having a bottle of wine because we finished the whole thing before we could even put in an order. So we just asked for the bill. Which took ten more minutes. Nice spot for people watching though. Service: 1

Uno dei migliori ristoranti nella famosa piazza di Siena. Ottima lista di vini con molte opzioni in bottiglia. Il vino al calice è anche di buona qualità. Elegante apparecchiato con tovagliato bianco e vetri di alta qualità. Il vino rosso è stato ossigenato con un piccolo decanter, guarda il video. Puoi anche acquistarlo e portarlo via subito. Bad service, we sit down to have an aperitif and light up a smoke, a lady who was the owner rudely arrives telling me not to smoke because I was disturbing the tables around, so in the meantime I was in an open environment and then you come with kindness and obviously you can ask . You can't win with arrogance and rudeness. Many tourists actually come to this place but people must be served with quality products and good service. In this place the prices are higher than average but the service in comparison is arrogant and terrible. NOT RECOMMENDED

Abbiamo fatto una prenotazione per un gruppo di 5 all'apertura. Siamo stati accolti con un servizio eccellente. Ci hanno subito servito acqua, vino e birra. Poco dopo abbiamo ordinato e abbiamo aspettato circa 15 minuti per il nostro cibo. La bistecca che ho mangiato era tra le migliori che abbia mai assaporato. Dopo il pranzo, abbiamo preso un dessert che è durato meno di un minuto tra noi cinque. Lo consiglio a chi visita la piazza, anche se raccomando di andare prima nella giornata e di fare una prenotazione. I prezzi sono più alti rispetto alla media.

Had 20 minutes to kill and ordered 3 kids ' drinks and 2 small beers and immediately paid before getting the drink as we were to meet our tour group after 20 minutes. Towards the 15 minute mark... no drinks in hand... politely asked if we can take the drinks to go.. 2 servers talked amongst themselves going back and forth in disapproval and told the Bartender.. but we needed to go as we did not want to get left behind. One of the servers claimed this is not McDonald 's Bartender noticed my husband saw he was pouring a beer with 2 flies in it, so threw it away.. can 't imagine if my husband did not catch that. Either way, 20 minutes to get 3 kids ' drinks and 2 beers seemed sufficient with on... Visualizza piatti
