"We are foodies and enjoy a fine french restaurant. We have been going to this area in France for years. In fact we used to go to the previous restaurant that was in place. However, this was excellent in every way: food, presentation, and service. It is not easy to find a restaurant of this caliber anymore. They have been at it for three years. The chefs are the owners. He is the chef and she is the pastry chef in the mornings and in the afternoon runs the dining area. The food was very french, but innovative and thoughtful. Flavors were excellently combined and high. The presentation was beautiful and the portions correct. Prices were quite reasonable for the quality of food. If you have the chance to get there soon, do! Undoubtedly the reviews will continue to rave and their ratings will go up along with the prices. The owners were visible, charming and willing to talk to us. "Call the day before to book a table for 3 people at 8:30 the next day. I have to wait at least 10 minutes on the phone to tell me that finally it will be too fair and that it is better to come at 9:30, okay I accept. We arrive at 9:35 at the restaurant and a waiter who looks out of date by events tells me that the table is not ready.....We are invited to wait outside on the terrace. I'm asking if we can get a drink, no worries tell us. 20 minutes later... no welcome glass. We are then called to finally have our table at 10:00. I still want our welcome glasses to another server that brings them to us. In the end, correct pizzas but no more, mine came barely warm as it came out of the oven, looking for error. A lot of noise for not much in the end for this new pizzeria. I'm always looking for a pizzaiolo named after Pau. The quest continues... ."
