Incredible value for money! This was the best breakfast we've ever had. We felt truly welcome, and everything was freshly painted and spotless. Absolutely fantastic!

Popped in at the end of a walk over the common, and they said they had a limited menu. But actually it was a great menu with lots of choices. Had whitebait, and my partner some soup, and it was very nice. Made to feel most welcome, and even water and biscuits for the dog. Recommended.

We stopped by for a meal after visiting Sidmouth and we're so glad we did. The food was expertly prepared to a high standard, and the pub was very clean. The landlady was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. We've never experienced such a warm reception before! We'll definitely be returning this week—there's no doubt about it!

We hadn’t planned to eat there, but after an unexpected issue with my car, we decided to give it a try. It was quite busy, but we were welcomed warmly and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff were very kind and attentive. I would definitely recommend it. My sausage and mash was a smaller portion, perfect for a light appetite, and offered great value for money.
