This restaurant is a hidden gem with fantastic food and excellent service. We dined in for lunch and the price per person was between £10-£20. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a perfect score of 5. We highly recommend trying their Homemade Steak Pie - it's delicious!

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and it certainly won't be my last. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend this place for lunch. The price per person is very affordable at £1-10. Overall, I give this restaurant a 5-star rating for food, service, and atmosphere.

The most scrumptious Sunday dinner I've had in a long time. Free home made soup to start with and you could tell from that first mouthful that you were in for a treat. The generous portion of lamb was so tender, the mash sublime. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and overall a lovely place. Obviously popular, so you may need to book but we were very lucky that they had a cancellation. Would definitely recommend! Service: Dine in

Don't miss this fabulous restaurant or estimate because it looks like a small café from the outside. It is a very clean and friendly place, the food is excellent it is really made at home and a lot of it. I had a really nice shrimp salad, the others in my party had steak cake, a huge hot roast beef sandwich and the same again with pigs in it. The last 3 meals came home with chips. Karen and Jonathan work hard and friendly. Very recommended

I had a really nice prawn salad, the others in my party had steak pie, a huge hot roast beef sandwich and the same again with pork in it. The last meals came with home made chips. Traveling in the area and we had been told to check this place out... Best travel advice we've had! Warm, welcoming and friendly, you just feel relaxed and at home as soon as you step foot in the place... Then they bring out the food. And you see the prices, and you experience the service and atmosphere. And you book in again as soon as you possibly can. We ate the week before at the Hilton in Harrogate... It cost about 10 times the price and was about half as good. Hats off guys... Your place rocks and your food is just delicious. See you Sunday!
