Good restaurant and good value. We chose to eat inside. It has character. Chose a pizza (very good) and my wife tried the pasta in white/mushroom sauce. Very tasty.

Very good experience rythmated by our energetic and very friendly server. For dishes, the two pizzas (reine diabolo) were very good with a good crunchy paste. Unfortunately one less star for the too cooked chocolate marrow and my tiramisu that was good but no more. But the main one was the meal, and the last one was at the meeting! Don Carlo is a very charming restaurant in the heart of Nice.I have visited the place twice, and I will come again every time my wife and I are in Nice.The restaurant has the best pizzas I have had anywhere in the world. We owe the thanks to the amazing pizza chef brought in from the Calabria region in Italy. I can not recommend the pizza with apple, gorgonzola and honey enough. It was simply amazing.Before we left I asked the very kind chef for his secret. He smiled and answered: emozione.We give this place our warmest recommendations

C'est au hasard d'une promenade dans ce quartier très agréable et paisible malgré les travaux du tram très proches que j'ai déjeuné dans ce restaurant. L'accueil est très chaleureux, on y entend parler italien, français, espagnol et autres langues ...Le service est vraiment très pro et rapide si vous le désirez, c'est à votre convenance. La terrasse très agréable malgré la proximité immédiate de la rue invite à la détente et la relaxation, on est aux petits soins pour vous et la cuisine est excellente, vraiment je me suis régalé : un roti de gigot d'agneau aux herbes fraiches accompagné de panis maison et d'un mesclun assaisonnés comme il faut ni trop ni pas assez.
