from outside is the simple view and the menu is also easy. However, the price-quality comparison is great, which are more than sufficient and overall we were very satisfied.

edible atmosphere, and liked by the natives. bilingual staff is also very pleasant. always ready for just a chat or help with information. would rather go to visit more often.

Dave, the owner delivers very generous portions at this friendly English Bar restaurant. The food is unfussy but well cooked and the owner will often spare time for a chat and a glass of something afterwards!

This is one of my sisters favourite restaurants. I was taken there whilst visiting from the UK. I chose the cheese and mushroom risotto and I can honestly say that it was the best risotto I have ever had. It came with fresh salad and...bread. The customers all seemed to know the owner and staff very well which shows repeat custom.

Séjour très court mais nous avons été très bien accueillis. Les prix sont plus que corrects, aussi bien sur la partie hôtel que restaurant. La nourriture était également très bonne et les portions étaient généreuses. Concernant les chambres rien à dire c'est calme et très propres, une salle de bain avec WC est attenante à la chambre et le petit-déjeuner est compris dans le tarif Rooms: 4

We had lunch here with friends who live in France. They said the two young waitresses were delightful and very helpful. Unfortunately we had a slightly older waitress who so did not want to be there. Don't know if it was the owner's wife, but...she was curt, unhelpful and, actually, quite rude. We'd forgotten we were the customers! Our steaks were raw, even though we had ordered one rare, and one medium. Didn't like to ask the waitress to take them back and cook them more. Not sure of the response we would have got! Pity really. Puts you off the place for the future.

We were hungry and decided we would visit here, the place was very busy but when we arrived they could not have been more helpful, they found a table had to get chairs from inside but this was no problem, they said they had a...party for so if we wanted food order before they arrived which we did. I must say I hate frozen chips but I don't know where he gets his chips but they are like new potatoes chipped they are lovely and best burger I have had in long time. I can not fault the service Dave was working very hard but still had time to ask if we were ok. We had called here at the beginning of last wk and had steaks again was very good.
