We visited Edie's for the first time and were truly impressed with the quality of service. The food was excellent as well. Although we live in Essex, we make trips to Cornwall two or three times a year to see my partner's father. We will definitely be reserving a table at Edie's during our next visit—highly recommended! I'm so glad to have found edie's, we are on holiday in the area and this restaurant is far superior to anywhere else in the area . An exquisite menu and great beers and wine list not forgetting the front of house staff who looked after us , and very reasonable prices for fantastic produce imaginatively presented. Our first visit and we're already planning a second. Could not fault anything and would absolutely recommend to anyone. The staff were all friendly but not overbearing. We were kept up to date on our food as the kitchen was short staffed but other than a slightly longer wait than you would expect, you wouldn't know from the quality of the food. They've got the balance between fine dining and relaxed atmosphere just right. Service: Dine in

This is a real gem of a restaurant. Staff are delightful and the menu has a small but delicious range of freshly prepared dishes, plus excellent wine list. Considering how expensive it is now to eat out, Edie's is reasonably priced and excellent value for the quality. The fish in the meal I ordered had to be substituted because of the morning's catch, but there were no complaints on my part. Just superb! And don't let the location fool you ... this is worth travelling to, and best to book well ahead.

We had a fantastic dining experience here on Friday for our first wedding anniversary. The front-of-house staff were incredibly attentive, and we received such a warm welcome even before trying the food! The dishes were absolutely delicious, and we truly enjoyed every bite, especially as food enthusiasts who feel quite spoiled living in Brighton. This place is a real gem that we discovered during our stay in Cornwall. We will certainly return on our next visit and will recommend it to our family and friends when they come to Cornwall.
