"so we can name our experience in this house.With a recommendation of this place, and the corresponding reserve, we are planted in burgos to enjoy a great weekend. tasting menu, which is the way to work in this place. Different dishes, with a little bit of everything. Aperitif composed of a texturized mussel and sweet cod bread (both riquísimos).We started with an oyster with mango sausage. At this point, as intolerances and allergies take into account, my partner will take the oyster for a cod in tempura with a souring sauce (exceptional two dishes). We continue with some roasted lechal lamb dumplings and their juice (flavor explosion in the mouth. for my partner, the best dish). Then, a shitake rice with a pato shawl (to enjoy it until the last grain. for me the best dish). It follows a nice pier from the north (it seems to us the loosest dish of the whole menu, and that would give you a note or a note, eh?)To finish the salted part, a veal carrill with a slope of the owner, apple and carrot (intensity and expressivity). The desserts, two, to finish the experience are:Petit suisse de fresa (very subtle and pleasant) and an apple trapntojo (spectacular). The experience has deserved a lot of grief. the kitchen jesuson is not a spectacular restaurant or where it is located or by the installation, but it is there where the charm begins. something different where the menu you can try will be impressive by going through coca sauces or martini sufles. go and enjoy

El Fogon de Jesuson no es un restaurante espectacular ni por donde esta situado ni por la instalación pero es ahí donde empieza su encanto. Algo diferente donde el menú que podrás degustar será impresionante pasando por salsas de coca cola o sufles de martini...ve y disfruta

What for me is the best burgos kitchen, I'm sure there will be more, but for me the best. a wide variety of dishes in the daily menu and the weekend tasting and Japanese menu. a small but very energetic restaurant with an unbeatable price I will always try the creations of this great chef.

La que para mi es la mejor cocina de Burgos, seguro que habrá mas, pero para mi la mejor. Una gran variedad de platos en el menú diario y el fin de semana menú degustación y japonés. Un restaurante pequeñito pero muy enérgico con una calidad precio inmejorable. Volveré siempre a degustar las creaciones de este gran chef.

La fama de este pequeño restaurante es bien merecida. Estábamos en lista de espera y nos hicieron hueco a las 15:30. Comimos el menú del día, todo exquisito y muy bien de cantidad. El trato exquisito en todo momento y el servicio muy eficiente. Buena selección de vinos, y a destacar su carta de sakes y vinos dulces. El cafe algo mejorable en mi opinión. Siempre que voy a Burgos como en El Fogon de Jesusón. Es un restaurante pequeñito de unos 25 comensales, en el que puedes disfrutar de una variedad gastronómica que va desde una olla podrida de Burgos de lo mas tradicional a una crema de espárragos con huevo poché y salmón, pasando por los menús japoneses de los miércoles y jueves si mal no recuerdo. Os dejo unas fotos de la hamburguesa de potro hispano bretón y del lomo de cerdo a la cocacola . Menú 15€ ocho primeros y ocho segundos a elegir. Buen provecho.

"40€ dumped on December 24, 2020, for doing something different, my partner and I order a tasting menu for 2 to eat at home. We picked up the order personally, as the jot eat did not bring it (the restaurant has no domestic service.) when I called on the phone to order it, I asked the Lord expressly that he was trying to me that if it wasn't spicy (because I can't eat it), and he replied that only the rice was a bit spicy, but only a little below that premise we went. already the presentation left much to wish, all stacked in a large metal container (sorts of meat of different colors and textures above two different types of rice) accompanied by three plastic packaging with sauces. and without any explanation of what we were eating (which by the way does not specify the letter.) we never knew what it was. The only thing good, everything has to be said, was the bread. In that context we ate a piece of something that looked like chopped meat (from the big bowl) and I slept the spicy tongue, while chopping my lips. Even when I took a lot of water, I didn't have the feeling, and I couldn't keep eating. My partner spent 3/4 parts of it, although he resisted a little more than me and continued to investigate what was most in the large container. and then the food in the trash, and the frustration on December 24th in pandemic time.
