"I visited the restaurant on a Friday at 7 PM with some colleagues. The main course portions were quite generous, so if you can't finish a large meal, it's a good idea to bring a plastic container. I had a great time there, and I appreciated that the music wasn't too loud. The fish and chips were a delightful surprise, featuring a large piece of fish that was far superior to what you find in supermarkets. The parking was fine as well. The only downside was leaving at 9:30 PM to discover a thick layer of frost on my car's windshield, and my de-icer and scraper were at home. Despite that, I definitely want to return for the fish and chips. Well done, Fagins!"

Lovely find!! We were looking at the showhouses in the village, needed lunch. Great pub, good menu tasty well presented food. I can imagine the Sunday Carvery must be fab. Might travel back up to try it sometime!! Would definately recommend this pub. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
