The place is cozy and lovely. My friend recommended this place for me so I gave it a try. The pastas were rich and flavorful, enough seasoning. The pate was really good too. However I don’t like the tiramisu that much. It wasn’t for me. Service was nice and friendly. The food is really good. We started with some appetizers: fried artichokes, scamorza affumicata and prosciutto di Parma. All of them tasted excellent. Then we ordered almost all pastas: carbonara, amatriciana, gricia and caccio e peppe. Really tasty and well done. I don't give 5 stars only because the caccio e peppe had too much pepper and some didn't find it pleasent. Maybe they should warn about it. They also provide a large selection of wine to accompany the meal. The service is friendly and kind. Il cibo andava bene, non ottimo ma non male. Quando siamo venuti a pagare il conto, il cameriere ci ha chiesto 3 volte per pagare un costo aggiuntivo di servizio perché “il servizio non era incluso”. C'era già un ulteriore Euro 2,50 a persona quotata sul nostro conto per “pane e servizio”. Mentre mi aspetto di pagare per il pane in Italia, non lo abbiamo richiesto e non volevamo il pane (asciutto) con la nostra pasta. Il cameriere era piuttosto sgradevole quando non abbiamo aggiunto un costo aggiuntivo di servizio. Non torneremo mai a questo ristorante. Ci sono posti migliori per mangiare nelle vicinanze, senza il servizio scortese e scomodo. (Di regola, lasciamo un consiglio in ristoranti)....

I was very disappointed! We go for lunch for a birthday, up to the starters everything was normal, from then on one disappointment after another, we didn't even have time to finish eating the starters as they had already served us the first courses, even though we asked them to let us finish the starter and then bring the first courses back and do them again later, they brought us the same first courses reheated in the microwave, a total disgrace! The owner justified himself by saying that it was Sunday and the kitchen decides when to bring out the dishes without caring about the customers! Carbonara overcooked too peppery and not good, tonnarelli with cheese and pepper makes me feel worse!...

We (2 adults) went to this restaurant as recommended by a local lady we bought Tiramisu from her store. She said it's one of her favourite places to eat. It was also nearby our hotel, less than 15 minute walk. It was for a Wednesday evening and we made reservations a couple of hours before on their website. Lucky we did because it was quite busy inside and outside and they asked for reservations as well from you, otherwise it may be a slight wait. The server we had spoke English, which was nice.
