"I have occasionally returned to this restaurant over the past 20-years and have always enjoyed the reception, friendliness and attention of the proprietor and his staff, the ambience... and the food! Having lived in several European countries including Italy, and having tried many Italian restaurants in all of them, I can confirm that the catering is as authentic as you would expect to find in that beautiful country. Friendly service and delicious food served in wonderfully larger portions. Every one of our mains was good. It did feel a little warm until we got distracted by the dishes, but in fairness, it was a particularly hot day and the A/C in the room might have been exhausted. Other than that, the restaurant felt lovely a place you know you're going to eat well at.

Gorgeous carbonara and scallops! Came here for my partner’s birthday and only found Giuseppe’s from a last minute search for authentic an Italian in Bristol and we were not disappointed at the slightest. Great red wine selection, extremely prompt and warm service, and the atmosphere topped it all off. Definitely coming back very soon. Trying the tiramisu is a must even if you think you’re full!
