"I have known this restaurant since it had another name. It was my favorite restaurant but for years I couldn't go back due to force majeure such as distance. Coming back was a wonderful emotion. In addition to having found fantastic dishes whose flavor I have remembered for years, I had the opportunity to discover and appreciate new experiments with exceptional results that left me speechless. I'm talking about experiments because eating risotto with ice cream is also this, and what a sublime surprise! Also impeccable in the advice on wine pairing, a menu created with passion and research to create experiences. The service is new compared to a few years ago, but it perfectly matches the idea of what they want to communicate with food: the guy really knows how to make an art out of this job.
