"Such a shame, we were looking forward to trying out this place but we had a really bad experience. We ordered food which after an hour hadn't come, after checking we were told that the person that took our order hadn't put it through. Whilst frustrating these things happen, but then after another 30mins one meal came but not the other two. Again they had forgotten to put through half the order. Not once did anyone apologise or check to see if we were ok. We left with only one of our table having eaten and having wasted our Sunday morning. Mistakes happen but it wasn't dealt with well. Went this morning. 6th October. Atmosphere is very nice and food good. What makes this place though is The Staff. All three ladies hardworking, polite and cheerful and very efficient.
