"Superb food, extremely service-minded and friendly staff, very nice interior (at least in some rooms of the restaurant), fantastic playground outdoors, reasonable prices. Too bad you don't have much of a view although situated half way up the mountain with a lovely surrounding area. Indoor playground is a joke, although surprisingly they at least have one which is not at all common in places like this. Overall you get very good value for money and when the weather is good it should be the perfect choice for families with kids!"

We was there 25.12 and it was perfect. I have a gluten free diet and it was not problem with altought in the menu is nothing. Portions are to big, food is tasty and normal prizes. Cindly personal. I like it.

Qualität, Menge, Bedienung alles gut. Das Beilagengemüse war für ein Restaurant auffallend gut. Gegrilltes Gemüse hervorragend gewürzt.Preise sind ganz normal für die Qualität/Menge eher gut.In Nähe Pyramidenkogel eindeutig die Nummer 1.

Da wir in der Ortschaft wohnen sind wir öfters dort Gäste! Freundliches Personal, super Essen, viel Auswahl, Themenwochen, einfach Spitze, auch von der Preisleistung her gesehen! We dropped in here for lunch on our way to the nearby Pyramidenkogel. I really recommend to stop here to eat rather than the pricier and inferior alternatives a little further up the mountain. The menu is 'touristy ' but perfectly fine. There 's a great view...and a safe area for the kids to play in. Although this is really a brasserie rather than a restaurant, I 've knocked it up to four stars because it 's terrific value, the food is good, the portions are generous and the staff are great.

We had a fantastic time in Restaurant Karawankenblick. This is a family style restaurant with traditional local dishes. We went there on Friday during lunch time and were able to get a table without reservation. The place might get very busy in the weekends and during holidays. The service was excellent and fast, and we simply loved everything. My salad was seasoned to perfection, and the breaded chicken pieces were crispy and delocious. We also had dessert which were also very tasty. Highly recommended.
