Came for a meal with family who were staying at hotel. COVID 19 restrictions had limited the service available However food was excellent and service good. Lovely location.

We had a short 2 night break at the hotel and it was lovely! Beautiful location, room large and clean, spa superb and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Food good too.

The staff were fantastic and all facility’s were excellent. Would recommend the breakfast. The price was reasonable for what you get. 15 min away from Tenby, and the train station is very close for cheap travel

The cleaning staff was loud and unprofessional they did a half hearted job with our room saw our birthday decorations and did not wish us good one. Also highlighting lack of diversity in staff and those in attendance can make minorities feel intimidated. Part of the experience is the environment so it is very important.

This is not a spa Hotel be warned. Even though they have a full list of treatments they don’t do any of them. We spoke to the hotel a few times before booking and no one told us they don’t do any treatments. On arrival and complaining they told us we could have cancelled and that even if they where doing treatments we would have had to book long before we made reservations. No apologies and rude dismissal of our complaint.

Stayed for a dinner,bed and breakfast weekend break, location is fantastic and views are good and good walks near by. Good location to explore south Pembrokeshire. Food very good and covid set up very clear and meals times staggered. We stayed in room 3 ,in the East wing, comfortable but noise from kitchen extraction unit at 6-30am could be heard very clearly. All the staff were helpful in dinning rooms but apart from checking in, reception staff were a little unhelpful. That said wonderful break .

I spent my 50th birthday here was glad to be able to bring the dog with us The gluten free full Welsh breakfast was outstanding Comfy surroundings in the hotel and just the most beautiful countryside and beaches and best dog walking imaginable. I did try the spa, had a very relaxing facial and was glad to be able to go in the sauna to warm up after November swimming in the sea If you come in winter dress for Wales in November bring Woolley jumper and socks , but the sun on the frost on the beach swimming in the sea with the friendly locals was out of this world brilliant

I thought this hotel was very disappointing, the room I stayed in was unclean, thick dust on the skirting boards, there was also a sock I found on the floor under the bedside table covered in thick dust and hairs too, the room needed a deep clean. The decor of the bedroom was very tired, this also applies to the main hotel. The downstairs loos in the main hotel, the inside of the loo doors were grubby and under the the coat hook there was a rough patch that had been filled with pollyfiller that hadn’t been sanded down these are just details the eye picks up and you think to yourself standards for a 4* hotel have majorly slipped, a guest shouldn’t really be noticing these things. Lamphey Court is a Best Western franchise hotel. Seasoned travellers will tell you that means it 's either very, very good, or it 's terrible! It depends on the individual owner. Our experience of Lamphey Court hotel, on the whole, was very good, but with notable exceptions. We booked a three day package, which included a meal allowance. The hotel looks superb from the outside: it 's all clean and the grounds are well maintained.
