"The communal spirit present in this little town is nowhere we can find in big cities lsuch as Paris. After crashing into another car, they not only didn't get angry but they brought us to Auberge Du Coude to stay for a night as it...was snowing heavily and freezing. At the hotel, Ewen (the Blue Hair Guy :b) and his co workers made sure we got the best assistance, from food, international adapter, making phone calls in french and checking our vehicle tires. The kind help we received was overwhelming. Finally, without available transport from the border to our destination in Switzerland, the lady boss (Aunt Sweetheart) offered to send my wife and I to Heremence village in Swiss (a hours drive away). What kind of people of earth are willing to go all way out to serve humanity? The people of St Marie have really humbled the city dwellers in us and it also served as a timely reminder to give back to society. My Wife and I are extremely blessed and touched to have met such lovely angels, may god bless Aunt Sweetheart and team of co workers at the beautiful Le Coude."

"A must-see place if you go to Malbuisson. A great welcome by the manager who is always so smiling; kind and very good advice. Young people from all backgrounds who come to learn the job of manager are here to serve us. The leader innovates new recipes to the top. For the dessert wagon always as many choices. But a little remark of my friends and myself. Please make us pies with seasonal fruit and without all this beat and jelly on it and dough so smooth. We'll come back for sure."

"The location is really great, the terrace is very pleasant to take the aperitif. The restaurant is a good restaurant, a little expensive for what you eat but there is nothing to say that is good, original and the setting is friendly. For the hotel, the rooms are spacious and pleasant. Beautiful view and this in a relative calm. Breakfast is pitiful, with a very limited choice. A miserable pot of jam, butter to the drip account, a little charcuterie and cheese, you should not love the sweet. To see something in the bathroom you have to have a flashlight, you see nothing at all, the refrigerator makes a tractor noise. The flows, both from the bathtub and the washbasin are laborious, the poster that gives note booking to the reception date of several years, the honesty would be to update it because it has fallen well since."

"a menu with euro foie gras with delicious jacco dart delicious jacco darts friendly jurassian trou with the mac vinpiece of beef cooked perfectly cheese and dessert stuffanfole. It's good, but personally I think it's missing the final touch. I explained for the liver to have a more appropriate bread than the table bread that still is good for the jacco sts, aesthetically the skewer does not bring anything because plate too small, it rolls more than anything else. cherry tomatoes in the middle rather no.The carrots not always cooked and the thing "green in the middle do not bring the perfect thing I think the more soft this plate to win for the rest it was very nice a waiter of the vintage who knows his job and allowed us to spend a very nice evening"

"Nous venions après avoir réserver, nous entrons et demandons une table en terrasse, pas possible (pourtant on avait réservé !), donc nous sommes placés à l'intérieur dans une atmosphère étouffante (il y avait de quoi se sentir mal) où il y a plus de mouches que de clients, le buffet n'est pas extraordinaire, ce qui y est n'est pas très froid (ça plus les mouches, j'ai franchement eu peur d'être malade), en plus c'est très cher pour ce que c'est ! (le buffet a volonté 10€ ). Bref, je n'ai quasi rien mangé et aimé du buffet, dont les aliments à peine froids faisaient un peu la tête pour certains ! Bref, je ne comprends pas comment il peu y avoir autant de mouches dans un restaurant, alors que nous avons mangé en terrasse à métabief au pied de la station (qui a des vaches) et nous avions moins de mouches !!"
