"Very pleasant room with small balcony and magnificent view of the lake and Lausanne opposite. Very complete breakfast, different breads, dried and fresh fruits, yogurts, Saint Genix brioches (my guilty pleasure)... Great meal at the restaurant in the evening, a la carte or different menus between 42 and 52 euros. Nice walk along the water in the large adjoining park. Publier is not very far from Evian and Thonon. We really enjoyed our stay and I imagine that when the swimming pool is open in the summer it must be very nice."

Restaurant découvert grâce au passeport gourmand. Cadre et accueil sympathiques. Par contre nos plats et vin sont arrivés alors que nous étions à peine servis pour l’apéritif ; ce qui a gâché notre moment. Du coup on a mangé froid.
