"Very disappointing experience. We decided to have the set menu and both chose the minute steak. We ordered one medium/rare one well done. When they arrived neither was well done and both were very tough and chewy. They looked more like rump steaks then minute steaks. When the waiter asked if we had enjoyed the meal we said we were disappointed with the steaks and asked him to ask the chef what he thought to the portions we left and perhaps comment. After this the waiter just ignored us and we had to ask another waitress to serve us our desserts. When paying we repeated our disatisfication to the cashier and were offered a refund of the price of the vegetables but no real apology. I cannot say we are enthused about having to pay extra for chips and vegetables especially on a set menu. It seems strange that the set menu only includes the 'meat ' and nothing else (apart from 6 cherry tomatoes on a vine! Both the starters and the desserts were fine but the main course let it down. This is the first time we have visited a MPW restaurant and following this experience would not seek to return to either this or another venue. We had hoped that this would be a 'special evening ' however we were left feeling very disappointed. As others have commented perhaps MPW needs to pay a visit to stir things up!"

Thought the set menu was great value Then they charged us extra for the chips Which surely comes with a set menu main ...... dessert wasn’t as expected more like taken out of a packet

the food was delicious, hot and delicious. service was in order, but manager didn't wear masks about his nase just mouth that worries me a bit in view of the circumstances. a lady was amazing with my 5 years old, happy helpful and friendly.

Food wasn't nice, had to return items and also got our order wrong twice. Food wasn't what we expected for the place will not be returning. Customer service was excellent however . We stayed two nights and you have to pay for parking each night too which we weren't aware of.

Came here on the eat out to help out day. Food was good but charged 10%service charge as 'tips '. Bills worked out more than what we thought. Considering the amount we had to pay for service charge, it is not top notch. Disgusted by the hidden charges and definitely been put off from coming back again. Would not recommend to anyone at all.

I appreciate that the restaurant with the food-out system in the minute was perhaps more busy than a normal Monday night, but the service was shocking. we had only 2 courses and we were almost 2 hours in the restaurant! so slow for whole service drinks and between the curses was shocking, we had somewhere else to go, we would have left. really disappointing first visit, not sure we're back. I want someone to contact me.
