Jo and the team create a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere that makes us feel right at home. Whether we're visiting with family or enjoying an evening drink, the vibe is always warm and inviting. We only moved to the village in June, and discovering the Motte has been a fantastic find. Plus, our dog Chewie is pampered here, which is a lovely touch!

Today we had a delicious Sunday roast at the motte and bailey. at the arrival we were made to feel welcome and were sitting in a beautiful opposite of the pub next to the fire. the brat was all cooked home with a large part of cauliflower cheese served on the side and included in the price. the rioja was also great! thanks for a beautiful experience. I'll see you soon.
