My experience is limited to the restaurant. Tasty lunch in a warm and welcoming environment with a magnificent fireplace with a crackling fire. The Plistia starter is good and very rich. Advised. Among the first courses we chose the Abruzzo style guitar with saffron, pecorino and bacon: very tasty. The lamb was very good. Good choice of wines. The staff is attentive and kind. Service: 5

Amazing, I often go there for lunch. A little more expensive than average, the dishes are worth the cost: 1) Plistia starter, worth trying 2) Plistia ravioli or cavatelli as first courses 3) the main courses and soups are exceptional 4) to conclude desserts Your taste buds will go to heaven Truly compliments to the owner and the guys who are always on top of their kindness, hospitality and service. Ristorante. Abbiamo provato questo magnifico ristorante su consiglio di un amico e è stata davvero un'esperienza incredibile. Piatti deliziosi, di altissima qualità, personale molto cordiale e un'atmosfera accogliente. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo assaggiato erano squisiti: ravioli di farina di castagne, ripieni di broccoli e ricotta su fonduta di taleggio e riduzione di nocciole. Conosciamo Pescasseroli da molto tempo, ma non eravamo mai stati al Plistia. Posizione eccellente. Abbiamo lasciato l'auto e ci siamo trovati praticamente in centro. Penso che il ristorante sia uno dei migliori della zona. Il menu è stato studiato nei minimi dettagli, con piatti raffinati e soprattutto speciali, serviti e spiegati con grande professionalità. Vi consiglio tutto. Dall'antipasto plistia, ai ravioli di farina di ceci ripieni di broccolo e salsiccia. Gli spinaci fritti mi hanno colpito di più. Non unti ma croccanti. Cantina super fornita. Grande gentilezza e amichevolezza. Stanze sempre pulite e calde. Torneremo sicuramente.

Traveling with friends and on their recommendation, we had dinner in this place...a very perfect choice! We ate sublimely, tasting various dishes including: starters, first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts. The owner, a truly friendly person, ready to give advice on the dishes and shows himself to be a restaurateur who is truly passionate about his work. Thank you so much for delighting our taste buds. Plistia, I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. I had lunch with friends, we varied between starters, first and second courses of meat. The first courses are excellent, I recommend the guitar with saffron, pecorino and bacon which I will repeat at home too! The second courses of meat and beef tartare with burratina and pistachio are no exception. The wines on the list are also good, very interesting value for money, if you are undecided ask for advice, if I can instead recommend a Villa Gemma or a classic Montepulciano Rosso. excellent price quality.
