Love going here for a meal . Staff always so so friendly . Food always perfect ! The bruschetta is a must ! As are the Aperol !

We were fortunate to secure a table at Prezzo on our first evening in Boston, as the Covid restrictions limited the available seating. Despite this, we were promptly seated and served our food in a timely manner. The wait staff were all very friendly and attentive.

I recently went back to Prezzo, a lively restaurant in Boston, for my first indoor meal since lockdown. The service and hospitality were top-notch, and I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious penne and mini pizza, accompanied by a fresh green salad. Thank you very much for a wonderful dining experience! We’ve eaten here a few times we live 10 mins away usually because we have had vouchers. it’s been ok, but nothing special, just what one expects of a chain. Some unusual recipes eg bruschetta unlike anything you’d find in Italy. But it’s quite inexpensive with a discount and convenient location for us.

The restaurant has a nice facade and a premium feel. However, once inside, there were noticeable flaws. The booth seating was comfortable, but the leather was cracked and the table was sticky. The staff were professional but not very engaging. The menu options were limited to pizza and pasta. The meal was decent, but there were small issues that detracted from the overall experience. The staff seemed disinterested, the cleanliness was lacking, and there were no straws available. The service was slow, and overall it was below average for the price. I have had better experiences at Pizza Express.

My mum and I ate here at lunch time today for the first time at this restaurant and it was the best prezzo experience I’ve had. There were 2 members of staff here and both were welcoming, friendly and efficient. We shared starters; we had the giant meatballs and the pizza bites. Both starters were tasty but we particularly enjoyed the meatballs and would definitely order those next time. We then both had the chicken spaghetti carbonara al forno which is lovely although when I’ve had it previously it was more saucy whereas today it was a little on the dry side but still enjoyable. My partner and I were given a Red letter day voucher by my sister for Christmas. My partner booked us in at 5.30 pm as she had also arranged something else. The welcome was very nice and appeared quite sincere. We explained we had this voucher. We were shown to our table and given a menu. When I'd read the menu, I said jokingly that we had been given the cheapo menu. The selection was minimal. We then asked if we could order from the standard menu, initially this was a problem. Had a table for our company Christmas party last night . The food was ok no real effort made to make it feel Christmassy , sloppy lasagne and a forest fruit cheesecake that was not fruits of the forest just cheesecake with chocolate and honeycomb pieces with the smallest amount of a fruit sauce at the side of the plate . They also ran out of one of the starters on the Xmas menu so me preparing pre order was a waste of time .The food was not the real issue however it was the service . Me and my Other half have visited a few times before so i thought I would Share my Thoughts. We Booked a Prepaid Three Course Meal Which was a Gift a week in advanced as it can be Difficult to get a table. We were Greeted straight away and shown to our Table, We Ordered two glasses of Wine. It was a bit of a Rocky Start as the Waitress dropped the Wine over me and my Partner, They were Very Apologetic and got everything Cleaned up Right away, for me it wasn't a too big of a Deal as Accidents Happen, they Offered that the next drink is on the house which was a very Kind Gesture Most Restraunts would still charge after a Similar ordeal I had the Classic Tomato Bruschetta, Bolognese and Tiramis...
