Vallocaia - Piatti

Great dinner! Went for my birthday and had a great time. Food was authentic and fresh! The staff was also very patient when I changed to the wine several times. Would like to go back!

I and a friend were touring Italy and decided to try this restaurant in Zurich on a Wednesday evening. I ordered the Filet of Sole and my friend went with the Ravioli. Food and service by Nisrine were very good

The food is splendid here. High quality ingredients, delicious, excellently presented. Service was lacking, the odd order forgotten about and needed reminding, but I can't fault the food and drink. Will certainly go again. Visualizza piatti

This is a fairly good restaurant. Not very good, but good. The food is quite average and the service friendly, but might be a bit faster. The location is quite nice as it is in the old town of Zurich and only one street up...from the canal

I had a wonderful dinner as a starter I tasted the wonderful pumpkin soup with burrata strips pumpkin oil and pumpkin seeds main course was the fantastic backed Branzino with zucchini strips and the sweet and last one was the panna cotta con salsa di...Kaki fruit Really a perfect composition Thanks for the excellent recommendation

Great Italian cuisine We loved everything. The tomato and burrata starter was delicious. I had the ravioli with sage and butter sauce and my wife had the gnocchi. Best Ravioli I've ever had. Excellent Italian restaurant in the middle of Zürich ! We had the tomato pasta (home made pasta and the risotto with truffles. It was delicious. The staff is really efficient and nice; we had a really good time for dinner here. I will come again to try the gnocchis with melanzane. We also had the affogato and the vanilia ice cream : The mood inside is really nice also. If you are looking for a nice Italian diner in Zürich, I highly recommend !

You know when you walk past a restaurant; Tourism lane etc; “should we or shouldn’t we?” This was one of those places; it was starting to rain and our legs didn’t feel like more strolling. The waiter beckoned us in, after we initially walked by....This time, the rain gods smiled upon us. Great flavours, authentic Italian passion.and wines offered not on the wine list, but reserved, I suspect; for when their family visits. We left our meal in the hands of a waiter who knew the value in making a dining experience, like you just walked into his mother’s kitchen. The food was brilliant and highly recommended, the service and passion; well his Mum would be proud of him

Si le gusta la comida italiana en Zurich ,no la podrá probar al menos que se acerque a Vallocaia. Paramos porque me parecíó bastante típico y acogedor . Una elección perfecta! Al servicio le daría un 10 (los camareros hablan italiano, entonces usted puede pedir los platos directamente en italiano) . En primer lugar nos trajeron pan con aceite de oliva. El plato de gnocchi que pedí era tan grande que no lo pude terminar. La superficie de la pasta viene salpicada de queso rallado fresco y dejan un rallador sobre la mesa por lo que si lo deseas, puedes agregar más queso parmesano a voluntad. ¡Grana Padano es estupendo sobre la pasta!
