"Food was good . Unhappy with the service as I was given a faulty chair. I tried to move the chair closer to the table and jammed my fingers between the seat and wooden frame with my weight sitting on my fingers . Screamed out in pain got up and lifted the seat up to discover the seat was not connected to the frame and legs. The faulty chair was removed before you could say ouch! And replaced quickly so I could carry on with my meal. A quick I'm very sorry sir was all I received. There was no concern of how my fingers felt as I was paying the bill."

I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. It was by far the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The pizza was undercooked and unacceptable. I’m not even sure this place qualifies as a restaurant. If I could, I would rate it a negative one. The restroom was completely filthy and disgusting. So my verdict is: absolutely not.

I've never been to a more unpleasant place in the entire UK. The waitstaff were completely unprofessional, treating customers rudely and lacking basic knowledge about the menu. They didn’t even know the difference between red and rosé wine. The food was bland, making it the worst decision to dine there. A suggestion for the owners: invest in proper staff training and hire individuals with hospitality experience instead of relying on family members who aren’t suited for waiting tables. Food rating: 1.
