"Went for Saturday brunch and enjoyed the meal but disappointed at the price. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 toddlers, main course and dessert each with only 2 alcoholic drinks yet the bill was £122.Avocado with the bacon sandwich is £3 extra and I expected it in the sandwich but instead there was a small pot with no more than half smashed avo in it.The kids meal doesn’t include dessert or drink. The food is good but in no way is it good enough to justify the price."

A very relaxed restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and good modern European food. Under new management since December 2020.

Had a relaxed lunch at Soane's Kitchen. The food was excellent good choices and all very fresh. The surroundings are lovely and having the doors completely open at one end gives good ventilation and a view of the garden. Will definitely revisit.

Went for a family Sunday lunch and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was lovely and the staff were really welcoming and attentive. It's also in a lovely location so we were able to enjoy a nice walk afterwards. We'll definitely be going back.

I went to Soanes kitchen the other night for dinner with my sister who had been recommended by a friend . It turned out to be a very good recommendation! Everything was first class and we both said we would go again soon . The espresso martinis were the best ever !

The service was excellent and the front team were delightful. Sadly the food and presentation was disappointing. Our starters were very small and tasteless. I was recommended to try the hamburger, but they had sold out. I had the chicken with steamed green veg instead which cost £18.50.. Again, tasteless and overpriced. Sorry Soane Kitchen..

We’ve been to Soane’s several time for breakfast and it is always satisfying. The breakfast menu is recently expanded and provides lots of options. I had the Shakshuka with chorizo which was absolutely amazing. The servers and service is friendly. In prior visits I enjoyed the French toast. This is one of the best breakfast options in Ealing.

Lunch on a gloomy January day was a wholly unexpected treat. Wide range of dishes, with vegetarians or Vejanuarians well served across the whole menu. Friendly and punctilious service even when they were coping with two large lunch parties. Straightforward dishes, well cooked and unfussily presented. Enterprising wine list at sensible prices. A real pleasure.

Although the restaurant was short staffed , you would not know it as they worked extremely hard to ensure everything was laid out according to my daughter son in laws instructions. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. The food was excellent and setting was beautiful over looking the walled garden- perfect for a wedding. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any event.

"If you live in or visit Hanwell you must take a lazy walk down by the locks and build up an appetite before heading to the W7 Emporium. It’s a little white door by a crappy old man pub sat next to a small florist. Open the door and the atmosphere is straight away comfortable, your away from the street and simply relaxed and at home. The staff are friendly and offer as much banter as you want to be involved with so this is nice and a change from the branded offerings. The furniture is mix and match and the space light and airy so it fits well with Hanwells vibe and there is an outdoor space for the summer. The menu I would describe as funky modern Mediterranean, and there are no sausages which for me can be an issue. But if I’m being 100% honest I couldn’t care less here, the options here are well thought and imaginative. If you want a fry up there are other places in Hanwell to get one but if you want a Mexican there is only one place and that’s here. Ok I’ve given away my ultimate fave thing on the menu it’s what I have and it’s spot on. Poached eggs, nice bread, salad, crispy bacon, avocado and spicy sauce all out together and presented beautifully. So here we go it’s hands down the best place in Hanwell and if you want wine with brunch that’s fine because they serve that too. Have a couple then walk back to the canal and enjoy the afternoon whatever the season it’s a regular weekend jaunt and a compromise between a fry up for me and something healthy for the wife. In the eternal battle of good verses evil the Emporium emerges victorious every time."
