Non proprio come Sumire che avevo visitato più volte 4/5 anni fa. Ora il cibo ha un sapore cattivo, (oltre a un paio di persone) il personale è scortese, e non si può più respirare l'aria che una volta ha fatto. Dopo aver guardato e visto uno chef tossire in cucina senza coprire la bocca, ho avuto anche problemi con l'igiene. Consiglio vivamente contro di esso.

Authentic Japanese restaurant (the owner, Taka if I'm not mistaken, is Japanese) in Milan for 15 years now. I was there for a business dinner and had a great time. All the dishes were very good and different from the typical all-you-can eat sushi you find around. Even the sashimi, which I usually don't appreciate, was special. I highly recommend it!
