Went here on 18th June for an evening meal at 19.30 to meet family. The ladies serving were really friendly an couldn't do enough for us. Food was great, didn't have burgers but all of us had a lovely time. Thank you ladies for making it a great evening

the personal was fantastic, the house chief turned to each task and motivated her friendly team. eating was great, though they had a busy day that was little in the choice of meat on the carvery, but we were contacted before our arrival to warn us about it. excellent customer service. millie and her team were fantastic today. they gave my wife and the autistic son a quiet table to sit. they were very warm for the nutrition of our sohne and were pleasant. millie helped with a discount code and was very informative about the pub app and future savings. meal was delicious and would definitely visit again. Thank you.

today for lunch with the family. a beautiful lady called cerys served us. she was helpful, friendly and proud of her job. a big botanical for the business. our visit was much more pleasant for her. the eating was delicious, we did not feel hurryed and the place itself is beautiful. would highly recommend and will definitely visit again.

I have just enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at The Copperfield. The food was freshly cooked and of a high quality. We took a huge breakfast of unlimited toast, fried eggs, bacon, beans, sausage and coffee all for about £8 each! The visit was made special by the delightful Pippa, who was helpful, efficient and excellent company. She was much better than my friend Nige, who is hopeless. We will definitely come back again! Hot, fresh food, plenty of it, together with great staff and a clean restaurant all for a £10.... what more can you ask for? Was served by Emily, who was polite, showed me to my table, and explained how to order etc. When I then had a problem with the toaster, she came immediately and sorted it out first class service. The food area was clean, tidy, stocked and well organised, though I must admit, I do prefer the Lurpak to the tasteless sunflower spread. Good stuff Copperfield keep up the good work, and please pass on my thanks to Emily.

the booking for a family of twelve, arrived a bit early and the greeting has advised us that there would be long waiting times for food, but they would do their best to get our food together. over the chain app ordered, and starter needed minutes to come, net were about minutes after what was a decent break between the curses, the staff that were really pleasant and apologetic at any time, they were clearly short workers, and during these times a bit wait good as long as they warn before. there was a great young there neigent the bar, servedish, clean up, along the two girls, and not even seemed to stop them and take a breath, I would be tied to have the personal ready to put this level of e...

last visit the copper field in and unfortunately they still seem to have the same old problems as in my previous review. I would like to remember it because the quality of eating was absolutely good and very good value for money, but again. a wait at the arrival without confirmation that we have waited despite booking- a very long wait for starters (over minutes from the actually ordered front of the house seem to really try their best and they are all polite and helpful, but seem constantly improving from their feet hastily with some slight changes as the dings are done, I am sure that trip copperfield could improve their evaluation. maybe they focus on a carvery or with a menu, bring a few...
