"We spent seven nights in Southwold and dined at The Crown for dinner three times. The food and atmosphere were outstanding. My wife particularly enjoyed the Plum Orange Meringue paired with Stem Ginger Ice Cream. However, the true highlight of our experience was Siobhan, who made us feel incredibly welcome. She had a genuine enthusiasm for her job, was always available for us, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a delightful experience. Her warm smile and friendly voice made the evening even more special. Food and drinks: Excellent; Service: 5/5."

I only stopped by for a pint. While it's not the cheapest place, the service was outstanding. It was quite busy, and they offered great food service. Be aware that it only accepts card payments, which might not be convenient for everyone, but it seems to be a popular spot. Overall, I’d rate the service a 4.
