"We had a brilliant Sunday Roast at The Green Dragon. Everything was cooked to perfection and so tasty. We all had different meats and all praised them. We were also impressed that the gravy was ’real’ and not water with granules. The dessert menu had a good choice and once again we really enjoyed these. Staff were friendly and efficient. All in all a great meal so we will be returning. Thank you to all staff."

Beautiful old place with a sun-trapped garden with sheltering if you prefer. Dogs are welcome. Lovely place for a nice pint

Really old pub, quite tiny with a nice garden. Vegan sausage baguette was lovely, as was the falafel burger though it could have done with some sort of sauce in the bun). Friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Returned a visit here as it used to be my local. Expanded beer garden, and additional functional room now, but still with all the olde world charm. A pint of Encore and a pint of Old Growler enjoyed outside, in a peaceful but buzzing beer garden. Throughly recommended.

Really beautiful 14th century pub that has some great veggie and vegan options on the menu. I had Linda McCartney sausages with veg, potatoes and onion gravy (sounds basic but it was lovely) and some chocolate and raspberry vegan cake for dessert. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Was so pleased the Green Dragon had a vegan menu however was disappointed with the Coconut Vegetable curry. It was bland and tasted too much like a standard jar of supermarket sauce poured over white rice. Haven’t tried anything else on the vegan menu. On the plus side its a lovely setting with great outdoor seating. Perhaps others will have better luck.
