The restaurant offers a good selection of menu items that are not inexpensive, but are definitely worth the price due to their deliciousness. The staff is polite, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely be coming back.

Five of us went to the Green Man for dinner and enjoyed a delicious three-course meal. We don't visit this restaurant regularly, but the food is consistently fantastic with a wide variety of options on the menu. The service and staff were excellent.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times for midweek lunches, Sunday lunches, and evening dinners. On my latest visit, both my friend's order (chicken Kiev) and mine (chicken curry, better than any Indian restaurant I've tried) were excellent. The staff was very efficient and friendly. This is a superb country pub. Meeting up with friends, we were astonished to find this high-end pub restaurant close to us. The atmosphere was intimate enough but still holding a bit of country pub without being ostentatious. The menu was excellent, and the food was fantastic. Rarely do I eat steak better than my own; however, this was outstanding. Congratulations

Not been for a while however our party of 8 people were again delighted with the service and the quality of the food. Between us we had multiple starters, mains and deserts. Everyone spoke highly about their particular dishes. The only slightly negative comment was more of a personal preference for custard with the crumble whereas the only menu option was for cream or ice cream.

Absolutely outstanding on all fronts! It took me ages to choose from the menu as it all sounded amazing. I finally went for the satay prawns and my husband had prawn and avocado. He then got the signature chicken curry and I had the rump of lamb which was incredible. A firm 10/10 all round, we were really impressed and a really large portion. Visited for the first time in some while. The food and servcie was excellent.My wife said the lamb melted in her mouth and my Fish and Chips was delicious with a light batter. The starters of Duck pate was very good and accompanied by Artisan Bread. Compared to some other Pub/Restaurants it is a little more expensive but the quality of the food will make a return trip in the near future justified

Really enjoyed our lunch today as everything we selected to eat was perfect in taste and quality. We met some very nice people in the bar area which enhanced our experience. The only down side was that the overall cost was rather high, especially for things like carves liver £24 a portion with no additional vegetables. I think we can only use the establishment for special occasions, as £50 a head for a two course meal and a drink is not something pensioners like ourselves can really justify. All good it you can afford it. Will be back however….. when we have saved up!

Just got back from the Green Man Fish Festival I have been here a couple days f afternoons and evening for a drink which are always reasonably priced After seeing the menu for the fish festival I took the plunge and booked a table adesoite only two of us turning up the food was sublime the ambiance spot on and the staff were absolute professionals Id like to thank all the staff front of house and the champions in the kitchens I didn’t see for an amazing night of great food and lovely service I will be back with a bigger budget and and a bigger belly Wishing you guys every success Visualizza piatti
