"Yet again we had a splendid lunch and an enjoyable visit. The Rattlebone staff are very attentive, the food is excellent (possibly the best pub food in the area) and the pub itself is very pleasant inside. The baked Camembert (a starter for two) was served with a nice selection of breads, pickles and salad. We both followed with the partridge (from the specials board) which was nicely cooked and served with a generous helping of perfectly cooked vegetables. The Butcombe on draught was good. We will be back. Sherston itself is a pretty village with several nice walks in the surrounding countryside."

We ate out in the area every night for 5 days and this was by far the best pub for food. Fantastic. Next time I'm in the area this is the first place I'm going to eat

Me and a friend travelled from Birmingham to the cotswolds for a weekend break and were recommended the rattlebone inn for dinner on our first night there, and it was DELICIOUS! Beautiful homemade pies and the drinks were good too! Sat in front of a log fire. We even booked in for their Sunday lunch before we went back home. When we visit again we will make sure to stop off here again! We still talk about the food all the time now! Beautiful pub, delicious food and lovely staff and atmosphere. Couldn't ask for more!
