"What a great pub. We have driven past the Springfield so many times, but had never visited, until now. What a fantastically situated pub. We sat outside in the gardens and it was great, it was quiet, clean and well maintained. The pub itself is tastefully set out and it makes you want to go in the evening. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. It is well priced and the food is fantastic, if you are a fan of a burger, then treat yourself to their signature burger, it looks and tastes superb. We will definitely be going again and I would suggest that everyone else gives it a try. A real hidden gem."

Lovely meal, arrived promptly. Had to book a table as it was the Queens 70 yrs weekend. No rushing us out so time to relax with a coffee afterwards. Lovely staff.

Stayed for 2 nights room was spacious and comfy Had lunch and Dinner food was amazing and reasonable priced staff were Helpful and friendly thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend and Definitely be Back

was our first visit. excellent service. brilliant price-performance ratio. beautiful children's menu full of healthy homemade meals and not nuggets and chips etc. will be visited very soon and would highly recommend.

very friendly staff, excellent eating. we had seafood risotto, which was cooked to perfection. I had a fantastic disc Bakewell tea that was enormous and had mrs b what looked like a goldfish bowl trifle! reasonable Cask-Ales plus some interesting world / craft beer.

Was looking for something to eat, googled locally and Springfield showed up. It was a Brunch menu, breakfast. Full English was delicious and quality, 1 of the nicest breakfasts I've had in a very long time. I'll be back to try the regular menu, because if their breakfast is that good, the rest must be amazing.
