Typical trattoria in a very central position. The environment is very simple, almost Spartan, but the menu selection will make you want to come back to taste everything. The portions are generous, but you won't leave the table feeling heavy. Note of merit for Christian, a very professional and competent young sommelier who masterfully advised us in choosing wines by the glass and pairing Marsala with dessert. Service: Dine in

È stato il ristorante che ci è piaciuto di più durante il nostro soggiorno a Palermo. Abbiamo iniziato con lo Sfizio Siciliano, provando per primo i Tonnarelli con le Sardine e il calamaro ripieno alla palermitana. Ma la vera sorpresa è stata il dessert, che, nonostante fossimo già sazi, non siamo riusciti a resistere alla torta di mandorle e alla cassata al forno: dolci preparati direttamente dal loro chef. Infine, la carta dei vini è variegata. Altamente consigliato. Servizio: Pranzo in loco.

Central location and easy to reach, but the place itself is quite anonymous and is not characterized by a welcoming atmosphere. The service is not bad, but perhaps too quick, it seems like they can't wait for you to finish... The food is normal, typical Sicilian cuisine but in my opinion you don't experience the typical hospitality of the place. I took the stuffed squid and honestly I didn't like it, it was really hard to chew, it was probably a defrosted product.
