The exceptional team, led by manager Ennis, took great care of my wife's gluten-free dietary requirements. The meal was absolutely delicious.

At home date night ruined by terrible delivery service, terrible food (what arrived of it) cold food missing food items no help from the business and no help from Deliveroo what a joke!

We had a really lovely meal here. Went on a Thursday evening, it wasn’t overly busy but enough people to have a bit of atmosphere. Really liked the stylish decor too! Ordered food, food received was cold and missing items the business failed to provide menu to the description and then failed to answer the phone for an hour to deal with the problem! Have now had to order from another reputable business an absolute joke! If you can’t commit to delivery services then don’t do it!

Been here a few times. Foods OK. The staff are great. Madeliene was fabulous. But, oh boy, the noise!! Guys, you need to do something about your accoustics. I realise that coming to a family-friendly place at 5pm on a Saturday is asking for trouble. But you're going to have to start selling Neurofen at this rate. Some noise dampening panels on the ceiling can make a huge difference. I've seen them work wonders in other places, really improving the atmosphere.

Just been into WW and as usual, the staff greeted us beautifully. Our daughter is autistic and the staff are amazing with her. They always take such good care of her and deal with her every need however big or small. The food was good also, but without the team, our experience would not be as nice. They are kind and thoughtful. It is rare to find such a group of people in one place. At first, we were hesitant to dine here because our past experience at the Wildwood Ely location was terrible. However, the Epping restaurant exceeded our expectations. The decor was modern and inviting, and we received a warm welcome with excellent service. While it was quiet during our visit, we cannot speak to the service during busier times. The calamari starter was unfortunately overcooked and rubbery, but the mushroom arancini starter, sea bass main course, and pizza piccante were delicious. We would definitely return to this restaurant.

A return visit after good past experiences but this time not so. Starter Garlic bread was very dry like eating a Jacob's cream cracker needed a jug of water to get through it. Main very average burger nowhere near worth £14 Partner had Rib eye which was so seasoned it could have been anything. Desert was nice so a slight reprieve However to have a 10% service charged added as standard is cheeky never had this before and its down to you to have it removed, How many even notice. Happy to pay if service was worth it. I had it removed ! Wont be going back, bring back Prezzo !!

I visited Epping Wildwood on September 2nd. The food was delicious, and our brunette waitress provided excellent service. However, my experience was spoiled by the behavior of the female manager with blonde hair, who repeatedly spoke disrespectfully to the waitress in front of customers. She used phrases such as 'What is your problem' and 'What are you doing,' which made the waitress feel small and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for us. If this is how they treat their staff, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
