A little waiting, but there were a lot of people. The dishes made us forget this waiting. I strongly recommend.

A very pleasant restaurant with a terrace along the dronne. We have dinner in a calm and warm atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant!

Very nice environment, meals very well but the very complicated service... The waiting time, forgotten we never had our desert after 45 minutes waiting, it was never asked in the kitchen but we were paid the menu with desert... Too bad

Although all the dishes were good and resonably priced, the service was slow, understaffed and were not communicating with each other. This led us to wait 30min between courses, with an hour wait for desserts! They really need to sort this out.

Over the water, located on the edge of the Dronne, with a terrace, offering a magnificent panoramic view of Brantôme.... Good local cuisine, sublimated by the natural products of the Périgord.... the riverfish sailor is excellent.... We had hoped for a table next to the river but we didn't book so didn't have quite the view we would have liked. There was no plat du jour but the Formule was good value for money. We had three very good courses for 29€. Service was good but slow. We felt that the kitchen was a bit stretched. We started with fois gras (there were plenty of other choices ) went on to steak and magret de canard, both cooked perfectly, and finished with the best profiteroles we had ever eaten. They were so crisp, filled with delicious vanilla ice cream and served with plenty of excellent chocolate sauce. All the plates were pretty with nice garnishes. We had a lovely meal.

Stay nice with a nice terrace by the water. A lot of people for a beautiful Sunday at the end of September, but we're not in a hurry...but still!. Arrival 12:15, apéro served quickly and with the smile of the waitress. 13h00 arrival of the entrances and the dish around 14h15, after several calls to the servers, which just answer there's a world, the smile and the charming reception of the departure disappeared! On the food side, the home foie gras is fade, the steak tartare also and no proposed remediation, no egg yellow, no capers, nor tabasco. St Pierre fillet, but very good, but served with a cold panais and almost no sauce. So we blew the desserts! Too bad, we're going back disappointed,...

Cannot fault the location of this restaurant. The young staff working here are very helpful and good at what they do. Unfortunately the head waiter is arrogant and unhelpful .When we booked our table we stated there was a vegetarian when we arrived and where seated by the young waitress she noted and said the kitchen will be able to suggest suitable dishes. When the arrogant one took our order he rolled up his eyes, tutted and said no vegetarian dishes are served . In the end our vegetarian friend who was celebrating her birthday on the day got a salad for a starter and Boiled Rice with potatoes and mushrooms. Eventually when the rest of us we received our food the quality was appalling the... Visualizza piatti
