"Our family of six adults visited Blue Ginger in Middlewich last night, 8th October, and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. First impressions...clean and well lit with modern furniture, tables set beautifully. Staff were friendly and attentive, drinks soon came and orders taken. The menu was extensive, mainly the usual dishes found in Indian restaurants, which suited us. This is not a gourmet restaurant with exotic and unusual dishes, it is a restaurant that produces really good quality everyday dishes. Every dish was well presented and well cooked. The Peshwari naan bread was easily the best I've ever eaten in any restaurant fresh, soft, warm, just the right amount of sweetness and taste of coconut. The pilau rice smelt fragrant and tasted just right, each grain of rice separate. Even basic dishes like my Lamb Rogan Josh contained good quality chunks of lean lamb (not disguised chicken, as in some places), and the tomatoes and onions were all freshly sliced and cooked, and clearly not out of some frozen pack. This restaurant pays attention to detail and uses fresh ingredients. It offers excellent value for money and is highly recommended."

"A good pint of real ale. The food was OK but a little disappointed that the mushrooms on my chicken were cremated. Chicken breast was fine. A friend's scampi overcooked and our onion rings had lovely crispy batter but nearly raw onion. (Frying oil too hot? Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"

"A great local pub. A frequently changed range of hand pulled beers. Called in for a Sunday lunch. Lovely staff here. Food is good value. Roast chicken was really nicely cooked to be tasty. Nice staff. Good beer. Tasty food. Great chef. What more could you want? Definitely worth a visit."

"Stayed here Saturday for 1 night in the area for a family party. Room 7 at the top of the house at the back. Very clean and value for money. Some noise from the beer gardens especially the pub next door around midnight. Staff very friendly all polite and quick to notice we needed assistance. Breakfast very nice only thing was we had to order the night before. Pity we couldn't change our selection from sausage bap. Rooms: Room was very hot when we arrived all windows closed temperature was at 28 degrees . Room 7 at the very top so maybe consider the room temp. Bed normal double but comfortable. Noteworthy details: Breakfast has to be ordered the night before not a lover of this system how do you know how hungry you will feel the next day ?"

"I had never heard of chimichangos until the other day, but I will go again (and again, and again, and again the moment in which we came in, we knew that this is not a banal meal, the decorations and the ambiente, besides the guards on the table we all feel amazing. I didn't order a starter, but when the prosecutor halloumi broke out, I felt sorry. perfectly crispy and my stolen piece was delicious. the portion sizes of the meal times are incredibly generous and with the free side is chimichango's incredible price-performance ratio. we brought my young nephews, and the staff was beautiful with him and showed him the interesting decor. there are sound effects in the damentoilets that no one expected, but he wouldn't stop talking about it. very good and unexpected vibes from an inconceivable shopfront. I receive the margaritas, the churs, the prosecco scattered halloumi and the bbq quorn. will come back as soon as it is open."
