"The breakfast here was extremely overpriced for the poor quality of food. The eggs were undercooked and slimy, the sausages were of very low quality, and the bacon was dry. There was just one solitary mushroom on the plate, which was mostly filled with overly fried potatoes. The service was decent, but the café seems to mainly attract older patrons, with over 90% of the customers being over 70, and there were quite a few people with dogs as well. Overall, it felt very expensive at £28 for two subpar breakfasts, and the tea was dreadful—very weak. Service: Dine in."

eating here is fabulous, my favourite place for lunch. on the afternoon with friends for a ice paved, omg the ice creams were lush, jaffa cake special! as always at brookside, nothing is too much annoying, the owners are going to fall out of theirs. highly recommended

Found this little place by accident today, and was most impressed, everything was spot on from staff, service, menu, food, car parking, a little gem.
