"Poor service from the very beginning should have took that as a sign not to order food! Bar staff inattentive had to wait even though there was no queue. Food order placed starter arrived, no cutlery provided. We asked for som,e to be told we had to wait for the dishwasher to finish!!! Cutlery eventually arrived. Main meal arrived 3x hunters chicken and one Mac n cheese. Portion sizes were inadequate for the price paid. The hunters chicken was hard and very dry. Chips were very average. We did express our concerns to the so called manager, Danny I believe. He didn't even come to the table to address the issues! No apology at all! Diabolical experience! Yes there was a full refund issued but that might have been after they'd read my review. Yes some of the meals had been eaten, because we were very hungry. The manager that addressed the issues was rude, dismissive and barely gave an apology!"

Had cot and chips was very nice but the dessert was awful I was looking for to for a lovely apple cherry crumble. There was no any cherry in and was no any crumble on and the custard was so thin and watery never again a dessert

Fantastic service by Luke our very attentive, polite and helpful waiter he simply couldn’t do enough for us and kindly kept checking if we were ok with everything. Lovely food and nice surroundings to soak up the tasty food and ambiance. We will definitely be back!

Easy to park, shown to our table straight away which had a nice view. We were presented with a well stocked menu and also offered a nice deal which we had first missed (Wed Pie deal) which saved us some money. Food was excellent and quickly polished off, service was good and didn't have to wait long between courses or for drinks. Would visit again and highly recommend to others.

Stayed in a family room which was super spacious and great for our family, it just needed a bit of TLC and the shower curtain needs replacing as it looks old and well used. The service was great and super friendly especially Clare who was very attentive to needs with the kids. Clare brought out chopped up fruit and the kids food before mine and my wifes food had arrived which was a nice touch. Flat white was more of a cappuccino and the pancakes were nice but not “American Style” as advertised. Overall a good place for families and I would recommend.
