Amazing culinary experience! I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I must say it was an amazing dining experience! The tuna carpaccio was fresh and delicate, with an impeccable presentation that made every bite a pleasure for the palate. The burrata crostini were simply delicious, with the melt-in-your-mouth burrata and a rich, creamy flavor that made them irresistible. But the dish that really stole my heart was the spaghettoni with swordfish. Sono andato qui basandomi sulle recensioni e alcune persone avevano detto che era "famoso". Magari in passato lo era, ma la mia esperienza è stata orrenda. Vivo qui a Roma, quindi so cosa è buono e cosa non lo è. Prima di tutto, il servizio è inesistente, sembrano essere assolutamente infelici di essere lì. Awesome little restaurant. The owners were very welcoming. Found us a nice table outside. The service was great. The food was magnificent. The drinks were nice and refreshing. Overall great experience. Before our dishes came out they gave us a small fried bread, which was nice. We also had the Aperol Spritz, and Spritz Hugo (with Elderflower . Both very refreshing. We had for first course the Fried zucchini flowers with fresh ricotta, roman cheese (pecorino D.O.P. and anchovies , Roman tripe (typical Roman recipe in tomato sauce with croutons with mint oil .
