"Today, Wednesday July 10. The meal was a real delight, mixing classic and refined flavors. The Milanese escalope, perfectly cooked, offered a golden and crispy crust, enveloping tender and juicy meat. Each bite was a perfect balance between crunchy and soft, enhanced by a zest of lemon which brought a welcome touch of freshness. To top off this meal, the apricot crumble was a pure pleasure for the taste buds. The slightly tangy sweetness of the apricots melted wonderfully with the crunch of the crumble. a note of indulgence that made this meal simply enjoyable.
