"I went here for a funeral wake . The building a bigger than it looks and its pleasant inside. The staff were very friendly and helpful . The food served was very good and I would like to try it again under different circumstances . The only thing that surprised me was the price of the drinks which I felt were a little expensive. £7 .50 for a can of Guinness and a small lemonade. I don't know if this is average prices and I'm out of touch ."

this restaurant is a jewel. great food and service with a beautiful atmosphere. in the interior there is a possibility to eat and outside. eat them here several times and never had a bad meal. highly recommended.

It has recently been taken over by new owners. The food is excellent and the menu varied and more than sufficient. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The fox is excellent. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Best Sunday roast for my family. They do kids roast and its big portions. My little one has lamb roast and she finished it all. When kids enjoy the food we enjoy it double. Looking forward to our next visit next sunday.

We booked a suprise party for my dads birthday and all we can say is perfect. We hired all the restaurat and everyone enjoyed the food and the service. Everyone said that was the best night out. Highly recommended to everyone.

Visited yesterday for the second time for Sunday lunch table for four everything wad fresh and well prepared presented beautifully.. if you are local you should go there and support them if your not local it’s worth a trip you won’t be disappointed..

Had a lovely Friday night dinner here. Recommended by a neighbour on the Great Totham site and what a gem. Excellent food, friendly professional staff and lovely atmosphere. Good selection of beers and Gins. Wine menu basic but that is the only critism. Throughly enjoyed our first visit. Will definitely be back

Went here for the first time last night, with a friend. I had specials, including fresh fig and goats cheese with a rocket salad and very crispy bacon(? , delicious. Then fishcakes served with poached egg and a really tasty tangy sauce. Food was lovely, service was great. Couldn't eat the second poached egg, was very filling and generous portions. Wine by the glass was nice too. Will definitely be going back soon.
