"Maybe I just went on a busy night given all the good reviews but not seeing it myself. Scallops starter was fine, the main pasta meal could have been knocked up on a £3.50 budget of Tesco value stock. Wine was insanely overpriced for what was on offer. Anyone smoking/vaping was herded out the back in the pitch black with no light up some steep steps because they clearly didn’t want anyone out the front (fair enough but at least offer a viable and safe alternative). Had to ask repeatedly for water on the table and they forgot to bring out one of the party’s main meal. £42 service charge at the end and I’m not entirely sure what that was for because the service provided was the bare minimum. Place was absolutely packed so they must be doing something right but I definitely couldn’t see what it was."

Went here for a celebration meal, beautiful interior, lovely staff (especially young man that had just started, he did really well) tasty food and fab atmosphere. Good choice on the menu and we all enjoyed our meals. Would recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing flavours of all the food we ate. Myself being 18st weight trainer I was upset my RibEye Steak was tiny for £30 no way 10oz. Definitely go again but I'll stick to Italian dishes. Very quiet. No atmosphere. We had missed the daily specials and only had the Italian menu to choose from. Nothing special and around £70 a couple with a drink. The food was incredible great value and so much choice. We popped in last minute and they accommodated us which was really appreciated! Would recommend the mussels and squid starter, lobster ravioli and sea bass pasta. The only downside is that the outside door doesn’t automatically close so whenever people came in there was a draft, not ideal for a cold November evening!
