Visited with family during a recent return trip to the village; food and service was exceptional and I am already looking forward to a return visit when I’m next visiting. I always eat at the Brewers House when in the area and it has never disappointed.

The food was truly fantastic! It was more expensive than what we typically go for, but it was absolutely worth it. Every dish was beautifully presented. The service was outstanding too. My only minor complaint is that it was a little noisy coming from the bar area near our table, but that was just a small issue.

We ordered the early bird special and thoroughly enjoyed it. The prawn fishcake was incredibly delicious. I opted for the fish and chips, which were also tasty, although there was quite a lot of fish on the plate. My friend had the chicken sanctuary, and she loved it. We visited during the week and the place was bustling. The interior is stunning. We tried the bark and the hake, both of which featured fantastic flavors. The desserts were among the best I’ve ever had—the Baked Alaska and lemon tart, surrounded by a luscious Italian meringue, were simply outstanding. The service was exceptional, always delivered with a smile. Keep up the great work!

We visited for a birthday party and it was a delightful experience. The watermelon cocktail was fantastic, and the menu was beautifully curated to offer a variety of flavors. I enjoyed the fish taco, which was perfectly crispy, and to start, I had the crab tagliatelle that was simply delicious. The Sauternes dessert wine complemented our dessert choice wonderfully. The staff was friendly and attentive, making this a place we will definitely return to.

As always, the food and service were very good. For the first time, however, I found the noise level downstairs almost unbearable. There were one or two inconsiderate tables, but they took their lead from the activity behind the bar, where an ice machine was clattering every few minutes, staff were crashing empty bottles into bins and cocktails were being shaken with quite unnecessary vigour. Perhaps this is thought to enhance the ambience. For me it made conversation almost impossible and turned our night out into a rather stressful experience. Visualizza piatti
