I made a reservation for a table of six for Sunday lunch. When we arrived, we were informed that they were too busy to check reservations and that there was no table available. There was no apology or effort made to resolve the situation. The only interaction we received from the staff member was to inform us that children were not permitted in a specific area of the pub when we tried to see if we could find a table on our own. We decided to leave and went to Wetherspoons instead. Food rating: 1.
