We had a fantastic meal, and I highly recommend this restaurant. This was our third visit, and we will definitely return!

Food was absolutely delicious. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. We sat outside to eat our lunch and the views were lovely, just a shame it was a windy day. We will definitely be back!

What a super duper family-friendly pub to to have a relaxing drink or eat out in. Great food at reasonable prices and lovely helpful staff. Modern decor and well set out tables and rooms for guests to enjoy a meal. Ample parking and B&B available at this riverside gem.

What a lovely pub. I stayed over for two nights on a little trip to see a friend and do some fishing. The pub was warm and has a lovely wood burner, it is very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meal and morning breakfast were excellent. Even the coffee was great. We appreciated the cozy fire they had going, especially after coming in from the cold and rain outside. In better weather, the outdoor beer garden would have provided a lovely spot for dining. The food was decent—nothing particularly remarkable, but the portions were generous and tasty. However, the prices felt a bit steep, with three courses averaging around £30 per person. Several locals were also dining there, so it seems to be a popular choice for them. Overall, given the limited options in the area, it was an acceptable, albeit pricey, meal in a satisfactory setting.

Lived fairly local for many years but never been. We called in on lunch time we hadn't made a reservation but were able to sit in or outside. It was extremely busy and even caught the staff off guard how busy it was too. The atmosphere was lovely and lovely surroundings. We were told we would have a long wait for food, but with the good selection of drinks available. (thank you for a decent 0% gin) we were happy to wait. Menu cators for every one vegan vegetarian and meat eaters, and a good options . Food served hot and good portions a nd the steak was delicious. The service was excellent and friendly.
