"Visited this restaurant as part of a treat for a special little boys birthday....we went pictures afterwards....I'd booked ahead just in case (you never know what places are like with kids). From the moment we arrived till the moment we left the staff were superb. Attentive and polite and very helpful. The food was excellent. Great starters and the mains were delicious. They even made a special non peas or onion chicken fried rice dish for the birthday boy...Might not sound much but that attention to detail dosnt go unnoticed with us. The girls even gave him a little ice cream dish afterwards with a candle. He was made up. no delay in anything we orderded. 5 stars all the way...we will be back again...Hopefully soon thank you."

my partner and I came for a meal and wow I was very impressed that eating was so fresh and Georgian the service of personal was fantastic and the atmosphere was brittle, I would never eat Chinese anywhere else,

I can't rate this restaurant highly enough! I love it here, every time I've been the service has always been excellent, the staff are all incredibly friendly and very happy to accommodate you. The food is amazing to match and the prices are very reasonable for the quality.

Great food, though very mainstream UK Chinese style. The basement atmosphere is really appealing and cosy. The best feature of this restaurant, however, is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They really look after you, and ensure you have a relaxed and enjoyable evening.

birthday money. a beautiful table for two booked to celebrate my partner birthday and we were very satisfied with table, service and quality of food. the champagner was ready on the table and cooled to help perfection with the staff to make the nite perfect. this will certainly recommend our regular hunting from now on and for everyone.

one of the best Chinese restaurants in the opposite, I eat here regularly. the employees are great and are informative when discussing the menu. the employees are known on the ingredients, allergenic and calorie contents. Eating is fantastic every time. my favorites are the tiger puppets and the salmon and black bean. Banquet menu is great for sharing with my wife. all in all a great place

absolute shame and a contrast. I don't think that we book a group about 30, not all people came, we explain it was 5 short, they calculated us for the 5 short, though we explained. they then said that the chef had prepared the food in advance, not sure how they stir fry in advance and overall we feel that baddies changed for the demand after the bill to 25 people. they said they had to throw out food, I said if we pay for why they didn't add it to us that the parts for their banquet are inadequate at first place they won't go, they will soon be out of business with this attitude

A nice place to spend an evening! I went there to celebrate a friend's birthday party on 20/4/18. Out of our group of about twenty, I was the solitary vegetarian. There's always one... The staff excelled themselves with superb veggie friendly soup, starter and main. The soup simply was the best I have ever tried. Normally, I Really, Really dislike eating out. Unless it's at a supermarket cafe for breakfast : However, The Red Lantern is a place that I would look forward to revisit. Reasonable prices and a nice, friendly service. I hope that you're paying them more than pocket money wages, even though most of those we saw are 16 18. Thanks. PS: You might want to consider modernizing your male...
